Sunday Hike

We went for a hike on Sunday so I thought I would share. We had an awsome time although I was extremely disappointed that Riley would not join us so he missed out on some spectacular sights. I guess when your 15 its more fun to sit in the truck than to hike. I prefer the hike any day well not any day but you know what I mean.

Through more water..... ok we had to keep hiking from one side of the stream to the other side to avoid climbing over so many rocks........

To the awsome waterfall at the end...............

You cannot see in the picture but at the waterfall people were propeling down the side of the cliff.

It was a great day. We had planned to go fishing but ran out of time. This was one awsome day. I am adding this picture of DH and I just because we took it that day and I love it.

Easter

Of all the luck I forgot my disk with the decorating of easter eggs at my other house hours away so now I can't add my easter decorating pictures. They were so cute. Anyway I changed out the disk and I do have that with me so here are some egg hunting pictures. Missy was checking out Andrew's stash when he wasn't looking. She enjoyed helping him find easter eggs. Mom came over and hid eggs for Andrew to find. He says grandma is a great hidder.

We had alot of fun. I love spending time decorating easter eggs with my kids. Soon they will be all grown up and we won't be doing it any longer but for I now I will enjoy and revel in the fact that for now it is GREAT!!!!!

Spring Break Continues.....

Sorry it took me so long to get my Spring Break post updated.

There were alot of birds and the kids had a blast feeding them. It was kinda scary with them all flying at you at once. Sometimes it didn't look like they would stop before they hit you but at the last second would fly up. Here are a few pictures.

Here is picture of a bird the kids seen that has one of his feet missing. He got around pretty great though on his stub and you couldn't even really tell. The kids got him to fly up and Riley snapped this picture of him at the right time. I was actually impressed that he got such a good picture of it flying since our camera likes to hesitate before taking the picture.

On our way out of town we had to do some shopping and came across this huge bag of Cheetos. The kids just had to have. I have never seen such a big bag of cheetos. They weighed in at 6.5 pounds. Youza. See.

We ate tons of taco.

This is a picture of R eating at our favorite place. It is a taco stand by the road. That is the main road to Rocky point you see in the background. The food is great though.

That pretty much raps up Spring Break oh one more thing.

On Monday morning when we got up and it was time to go back to work and school this is what we woke up to.

SNOW!!!!!!!!

What a shocking drastic change. Oh well it was all fun.

From Bad to WORSE!!!

Well of all the rotten luck. I cannot for the life of me figure out how I could make a mistake this stupid. I am usually pretty smart and don't make stupid mistakes since I am perfect and all.
I was suppose to mail this important document that DH and I had to get notorized. It took a day and a half to get it notorized because of work. We had to get it notorized and mail it next day air to get someone else to notorize it and send it back. Low and behold I had 2 copies. One notorized and one not. I paid 29 dollars to mail next day air. They called me and guess what YEP I mailed the blank copy. How could I little ole perfect me mail the wrong copy?
I cannot explain it, don't know how I managed to do that and now I feel totally stupid. Needless to say the other party was NOT impressed and I did not make a good impression. So I made a not good situation HORRIBLE in a very short time. Situation is now under control but I still feel bad. I wonder how long this horrible feeling will last. I am not a bad person or a cheat but this careless mistake definately made me look that way. I feel awful. At least tomorrow is a new day.

Looking for time

I am hoping to find the time soon to finish updating our spring break. I have a few minutes right now but forgot my picture disk at home so I can't add any pictures. It seems I have been so busy lately but then again that is nothing new.
It seems free time is so hard to come by. I think I am going to be able to post and then it seems something always comes up and all of a sudden it is bedtime.
I really hope to finish my update later today as I have so much to talk about. This is really a great way to keep track of past experiences and have memories in writing.
